Pressure ulcers, known as bedsores or pressure sores also, are generally accidents to your skin and underlying tissues that result when someone retains pressing or massaging against the skin. These sores are seen on the bony prominences like sides usually, ankles, heels, tailbone, etc. Due to prolonged pressure, friction and shear, the region of your skin breaks down.

I understand completely. However the severe the truth is that weight reduction can be instant never. Nor should you want it to be. If you would lose your weight instantly, there would be nothing at all left but flabby skin. Your organs would probably suffer from shock because all the layers of fats that these were used to disappeared into thin air. Back to reality.
